I'm probably totally opposite, sometimes I go to the gym just to hang out, sneak in a few cheeky sets/1rms

Don't think it would take that long with minimal time off honestly, when I stopped for a year and came back I was barely pressing 135 for 3-4 reps and in 3 months got my 1rm to 265, the gains weren't the same but strength was easy to come back on.

it's the just progression my program has me at, it's 5lbs for dead/squat and 2.5lbs for bench each week
