I notice a significant difference when I'm sitting at work with 7 hours of sleep vs 6 hours of sleep.

what did u think it could have been?

holy shit 13 hours lol
more than 2x the amount i get

Could've been a lot of things but it's probably nothing. If you were losing weight really quick and feverish could be a lymphatic cancer but in itself almost certainly nothing. I wouldn't worry.

You do need more than 6 hours of sleep but too much sleep can lead to problems as well

I think couple things contribute to tiredness, experience has dictated this for me:

- sleeping too much (including waking up to alarm and constantly snoozing every 5 minutes for an hour lol).
- not sleeping the same hours every night
- when you wake up (assuming it's not for a bathroom break)...get up and stay up

The key one is going to bed at same time and waking up at same time every night.

When your sleep cycle is consistent you feel way more rested.

Sleep like 3-4 hours mom-fri then like 12 ok dat and Sunday

I have no issues and am never "tired" during the week, I've always functioned on 3-5 hours a night since I was a kid, just how I am, I cannot sleep at night tiredness goes away even if I stayed up for days straight, be tired all day, once nightfall hits I'm wide awake and have to force myself to sleep
