And deads do not need to be done more than once a week with the heavy squating. "volume deads", 5x5 deadlift on volume day is not a good idea. if you're in need of practicing the movement, you are not an intermediate and therefore shouldn't do TM to begin with.

I suggest you pick up a copy of Practical Programing for Strength Training 3rd ed, by Mark Rippetoe and Andy Baker, it'll fill you in on the details on what I said. You'll learn a lot, I'm sure.

If you wanna get stronger in general? Do the program set by a coach with 35 years of experience. I'm proof it works.

Funny thing is, your blog called "Ladsy method", which only has deadlifts on 1 day, is basically a modified version of the Texas Method.

Your squat has a handful of major mechanical flaws, didn't even look at your press it will probably be similarly novice
