Since Scott Herman videos keep being posted, can someone who knows a ton about biomechanics let me know if his lifting tutorials are decent?

I used to use his videos a lot to learn when I first started, but I always saw people in the comments section saying he was leading people to injuries. Just kind of curious.

From that angle he does look aesthetic, but I just hate his waistline. I'd prefer an Artemus Dolgin/Jeff seid/Simeon Panda looking physique over his

Artemus definitely isn't Seid claims to be, I thought Panda was natty? he's black so it's kinda like he's been on low doses of test his whole life.

Scott has an admirable physique, he's obviously put in work and deserves the credit as such.
