Chronic effects on bp?

Not sure about chr effects on bp, but i know it has a diuretic effect, so maybe bp lowering effects (but that would also depend on h2o intake / salt intake / concentration+form+amount of coffee consumed throughout the day)? assuming you're piss smells like coffee of course, then it might lower bp.

Thing I hate about coffee is that coffee stained teeth.

Shit is delicious though. Black coffee, no creamer.

My understanding was that it potentiates ep/no rep stim. I know I've had a bp measurement by a physician after probably 500 ml coffee and my reading was like 145 to 150 over 90. Part of that was white coat syndrome but my pressure is normally about 125 over 82. I read something a while ago questioning coffee consumption in youth as a possible contributing factorfor pre and chronic hypertension

Personally, I remain unconvinced. Largely because they've shown some mitigation of bp increases in chronic users, and in most all epidemiological reports, it decreased CV disease incidence and overall mortality/morbidity. Would need some hard data tbh. Moreover, I really don't think it potentiates norepi much unless consumed in excess.
