Continuously posting threads about random stuff you shouldn't need to worry about when you look like you do or lift as much as you do, is straps, wrist guards etc

The guy who showed me how to set up on bench has a squat world record at worlds, I trust him, not gonna just ignore knee/wrist pain until I can't lift, I've been trying to fix my squat for fucking ever I'm not intentionally fidgeting around, squatting just feels uncomfortable and if I just dive into each rep I'll rei jure my lower back again
