Making it way too complicated. You got noob gains, just lift and when you plateau maybe start doing all the crazy shit you're doing. That set up for bench was 10/10 on weirdness scale. You got nice clothes and shoes though I'll give you that.

The guy who showed me how to set up on bench has a squat world record at worlds, I trust him, not gonna just ignore knee/wrist pain until I can't lift, I've been trying to fix my squat for fucking ever I'm not intentionally fidgeting around, squatting just feels uncomfortable and if I just dive into each rep I'll rei jure my lower back again

u guys must have a personal vendetta with turtol, there is nothing wrong with his bench set up. why does it matter he sticks his ass up in the air like someone is finna drive a truck under it. his shoulder blades are tucked,back tight and leg drive
the squat was weird as phuck doe lmao. fix that

Won't be your wrist you're gonna have to worry about. Gonna be your elbow if you keep fidgeting with the bar on your bar like that before you squat. When you drop dat thing and tear your arm off that is.
