Wash your fucking hands. Not sanitize. Wash. With warm soap and water.

I don't really get "sick." I used to get sick with strep throat all the time when I was younger, like 10 times a year it seemed like at least. Sometimes I don't feel a little under the weather but once you start your day it passes. Proper sleep helps tremendously.

I also don't touch my dick when I pee or lick the bottoms of my shoes

I get a runny nose in the winter but I've only been sick a handful of times in the last decade ... I credit a strong immune system .

Other than a cold and sore throats I've gotten nothing for years. I think the sore throats comes from lifting a lot as I believe lifting weakens the CNS

nothing special along the lines of say specialty drinks, vitamins etc.?

no, not really..i don't take vitamins, just have a generally good diet, drink mostly water..i've included more fruits and vegetables in to my diet over the past few years, but i would be pressed to make that as the case for less sickness

I've been sick twice in the last 6 years, once with an unrelated to general health sickness and once with common cold.

Some things I do, not saying this is a cure all but it has worked for me:

Get good sleep at least 5-6 nights a week (6-8 hours minimum, more if you are working from a lack of sleep on other days)

Drink lots of water (I virtually never drink soda, drink beer on weekends but stay hydrated)

Vitamin C/Multi every day crew

Eat a good breakfast if you can every day (can't emphasize this enough), healthy food in general is a good idea obviously

Basically reduce the average amount of stress (inflammation etc.) you put on your body, give it good doses of fuel, and plenty of time to recover while you sleep. Especially if you are working out regularly, sleep is key. Drinking lots of water will assist your body in removing some of the toxicity that may build up in your day to day.

That's it really, nothing too special
