Up to 2300 calories , basically same weight. Good start to far, will be up to 2400 tomorrow. When I start to hit 2600-2700 I'm really going to watch the scale because I think I'll start putting on weight then.

if you cut 30 lbs you should land lost to 6-7% give or take a percentage or two.

Eat clean, do cardio and control your carb/sodium intake as you compare yourself in the mirror and on the scale

focus on maintaining, you will actually still gain muscle and feel better after cutting from increasing to a maintaining diet
