Imo depends on your end goal. If your skinny and want to build size and still look pretty jacked, I would cut out cardio. Most resistance-heavy resistance burns calories as you lift as well. You just got to cut out a good amount of sugar, keep your carbs low and protein intake clean your chillin, no need to do cardio. But if your goal is too look more shredded/cut but also bigger, then yeah I would suggest cardio 1-2 a week, but minor not excessive
