I meant your body weight. I mistakenly used "pushing 160" with out realizing that it seemed to imply the bench.

Gl, I went from 220 to 180 initially then over the years as low as 147.

It all depends on your desired build. If you want to cut it fast, prepare to lose a lot of muscle. The answer is cardio, diet and lots of endurance.

At 165, I basically lost half my push-ups in a minute and 14 inches from my coat size and 8 inches off the waist.

there's no reason to be big for my build m9, i'm only 5'11 (180cm) so even if i get huge and strong i still won't look too big. plus i like the feeling of being skinny lol.

i'd be satisfied with being medium size (M shirt in the US) with a little bit of muscle
