OP look up the glycemic index and the difference between simple and complex carbs. i think you'll find what you learn pretty valuable.

They think the fat macro nutrient is going to transfer directly into fat on their body lol.
I hate the high carb low fat diet tho, think it's rather unsustainable and difficult to manage. Also had wayyy better results after I stopped doing it 2-3 years ago.
Figure out your protein / fat level... Add in carbs to fill in the space that's left to meet your baseline.. 350g carbs is so many, way too high IMO.
good suggestions for healthy fats there. and 100% agree about low fat diets, no bueno
