bench is mainly a chest exercise, which u probably dont work if youre lifting boxes
most of what youre doing is pulling movements, and lacking pushing movements, which will likely cause muscular imbalances, back or neck pain, etc
if you dont really care about the health and well being aspect, and want to focus on developping your abs, you should aim to reduce bodyfat and train your abs for hypertrophy, so just chose a couple exercises that emphasize the upper and lower abs that you can do in a 8-15 rep range and find a way to train your obliques aswell
