bench is mainly a chest exercise, which u probably dont work if youre lifting boxes

most of what youre doing is pulling movements, and lacking pushing movements, which will likely cause muscular imbalances, back or neck pain, etc

if you dont really care about the health and well being aspect, and want to focus on developping your abs, you should aim to reduce bodyfat and train your abs for hypertrophy, so just chose a couple exercises that emphasize the upper and lower abs that you can do in a 8-15 rep range and find a way to train your obliques aswell

7 years baseball 5 last years i was pitcher
2years football right oline tackle
6years of basketball
2years of soccer
in leagues
and for fun i still play a lot of soccer and basketball
mountain bike a lot, go kayaking, skate on ice and skateboard
i walk after taking a bus for about 1hour to get to work and sometimes just completly skip the bus and just do the 2hour walk on my way/from work

i benched that at 14, ill be 25 in sept

oui je comprends man, i know how to lift to get a workout out of it
depending out heavy it is ill hold the box over my head and lift it up and down behind my head
boxes of printer paper i lift like a dumbell
lighter things i lift my arms from either the sides of the front keeping my arms straight like someone would do with a light dumbell
and when i get on the lifts i do pullups
all day everyday at work

only muscles i dont workout during a day of work is my abs, they do show when i flex but i want them to look nicer and not need to flex them to see them

work on my posture, and do the leg raises
your telling me to lose body fat after i keep trying to explain that i have no more body fat to loose

If you had no body fat to loose you wouldn't be asking this question because you'd see your abs.
