Average 10 just about every hour
Once at the gym
Once before bed
Once in the morning
then through out the day it's just around every hour to two hours that I'll go.
If you're urinating every 10 minutes you have a bladder infection :rolleyes:

i wake up to piss 1-2 times a night and i purposely try not to drink 1-2 hours befre bed

I hold in my piss and perform a very specific set of breathing exercises.

I've found that over the years, I've developed the ability to simulate a female's orgasm by holding in my piss and combining deep breathing techniques with meditation of sexual imagery.

u are skinny fat, not because u eat too little, but because u eat too much. u put on fat and fluid but no muscle.

one does not need to degenerate physically (physical degeneration means mental degeneration as well) just because ones occupation is sedentary. Make sure that the food u eat is easy to digest, but still make sure that it contains enough bulk so that u can move ur bowels regularly at least three times every day. fruit, steamed vegetables, raw tender greens, small amounts of nuts and grains, tiny amounts of meat (avoid pork and other indigestible flesh that will undergo the process of putrefaction within 2 hours of ingestion). CHEW WELL. Eat but twice a day, and u'll be fine. just do not overeat.
