Keep stuffing shit down it will get better in time. Try every thing possible eat a fuckin onion if you have to. Just don't go a few days without eating and drinking plenty of water.

my diet consists of:

one avocado almost daily (that's already at least 8 grams of fiber)
one cup of oatmeal (another 8 grams of fiber)
i started adding a small spoonful of freshly grounded flax seeds to my oatmeal too
at least two "servings" of fruits a day
veggies for dinner
1 gallon to 1.5 gallon of water

Do you and Anne Frank go shopping after you split your rations or is she usually busy.

i actually have the best bowel movements after a night of getting drunk then pigging out

pissing in the night..maybe too much water?

what have seemed to help with my bowel movements is being on my feet working 7 days a week and basically exercising more

Stressing about it is probably more than half the reason why you're having 'abnormal' bowel movements (so just try not to think about it)

think back to what your diet was like when you had those episodes of normal bowel movements and try to replicate it

everybody's GI reacts differently to X amount of water + X g of fiber daily on top of the other numerous factors affecting GI health

just keep it simple and play around with your daily fiber intake numbers and stay active (naturally your water intake should remain adequate in proportion to your activity levels)

also, try metamucil capsules (5-10 a day) on days where you know you'd struggle to get enough fiber in ~
