160P and 64F? how much do you weigh? your fat is extremely low and if you're 160 lbs and eating 600g of carbs a day...

I'm 160, fat is supposed to be like .35-.4g/lb bw according to almost everything I've read online, then says rest carbs, been at 3317 kcals then went to 3467 now 3617 only trying to gain .5lbs a week

especially on a bulk you can keep the fat closer to 0.6/lb bw for test production, 1g lb bw of protein and rest carbs yeah, 3617 calories is pretty damn high for 160? I bulked up to 190 on 3500 and I got fat as hell, I'm bulking on 2900 and I'm around 178 right now. imo your calories are way too high unless you're an extreme ectomorph, how long did you wait before you bumped the calories from 3317 > 3467 > 3617?

Idk the macros sound right, .82-1gP of bw and Layne Norton eats like 90g of fat and he has like 70lbs on me

Each week I went up 150 cuz first week I lost .2 lbs and 2nd week was 0 weight move (weighing every morning and averaging)

I work like 10-11 hours manual labour, gym 6x/week and ya ectomorph

Layne Norton probably doesn't eat 600g of carbs a day, not to mention so much of it from sugar? just because it's coming from fruit doesn't mean its okay to eat 30 bananas a day, if you become insulin resistant from constantly pounding out insulin to deal with all the carbs your eating it's going to be a lot more counter productive than eating less carbs and utilizing them

Btw where are u getting .6g of fat per lb of bw? Everywhere I read says .25-.4

Everything I read online has contradicting information idk what to follow

E/ some guides even just say .8g P 50% carbs rest fat

So confused :(

does it matter? its a good way to reduce your carbs

both of them are a form of energy anyway
