especially on a bulk you can keep the fat closer to 0.6/lb bw for test production, 1g lb bw of protein and rest carbs yeah, 3617 calories is pretty damn high for 160? I bulked up to 190 on 3500 and I got fat as hell, I'm bulking on 2900 and I'm around 178 right now. imo your calories are way too high unless you're an extreme ectomorph, how long did you wait before you bumped the calories from 3317 > 3467 > 3617?
