eat ice cream before bed every night and you will put weight on. When you're going for weight don't get caught up in what you are eating just eat because you need the calories. Once you get to a weight you like then you can start eating healthier, but don't eat everything in sight if you don't plan on working out because then you will pack on the fat. It's that simple don't make it complicated like so many people and magazines do.

Sounds like you're weak naturally, go to the gym for a few months get a real routine down and see if your weight increases along with strength. If it doesn't then slowly supplement with creatine, also make sure your eating habits are on part. Otherwise your training will be for nothing and you'll see negative results.
