I think there are very very very few people that need to use those... And that physically couldn't get into the proper front rack position.

Idgaf if the dude was setting world records... It's ridiculous and shows a lack of commitment to mobility work.

I probably exaggerated with the 1 week comment.. But a month is surely enough time to be able to get into a front rack position for most people.

Front squats aren't overhead squats.... They don't require much mobility at all.

Lemme guess.. U use straps or the crossed arms method?

No I don't use those methods. I just could give two fucks about someone else s grip when its working the same muscles

Who gives a shit. . Lack of commitment? Who cares if your wrists bend back. That will surly hinder their muscular development and everyday tasks /sarcasm.

God damn pussy being comfortable and shit. How stupid does that sound.

Pulling sloots. The only reason to ever be healthy?

Rocking obnoxious short shorts to garner the attention your dad could never provide (the other only reason to ever be healthy)

And ofc make the h8rs mire

if you have big biceps, it gets in the way of elbow flexion and the compression takes a toll on the elbow, as said in the vid

yes of course.

but very very very few people have arms that are so big they cant do a front squat.

99% of people could easily to a front squat if they worked on mobility in their lats and triceps and of course a bit on your wrists.

with proper mobility the tension on your elbows is greatly diminished.

You can also front squat using straps, which makes it 1000x easier (I've never done it myself, though).
