and most of my pisses are solid

most of my bowel movements are solid. but i do tend to get gassy at times (to the point where there is discomfort and pain), being active and drinking adequate water and of course eating well has seemed to alleviate this.

i also have laid off the dairy, i don't drink milk at all anymore, and i have switched to soy milk and almond milk. I do still eat cheese because i don't have the discipline at this time to cut it out completely and i thoroughly enjoy cheese. I have recently tried blue cheese and it is fantastic.

But I have reduced cheese and dairy consumption drastically from where it was at before, or "moderated it" and it seems to have helped me.
