Went down to 2 scoops. Now a little less rotten. Just 2-3 days without a wipe instead of a couple weeks.
Figure i should do this too:
Weight: 200 lbs
Waist at belly button/ love handles: 44.75"
Chest at nipples: 44" ish.
Biceps flexed: 14.25"
Idk what else to measure.

Awake @ 930am
Breakfast @ 10:00 am 2 hard boiled eggs and a bowl with 1.5 cup vector cereal and 400 ml skim milk. Oh and 2 heaping spoons worth of 1% cottage cheese.
Lunch @ 2:30 pm: 1/2 cup of white 5min rice (need to get brown) with a dash of salt, tsp light " i cant believe its not butter" and about a handful combined of red onion, fresh mushroom, green pepper.
And 4 hard boiled eggs. Mixed in.
Off work early, didnt fuçkîng eat anything till midnight.
At midnight had 2 tsp heaping of cottage cheese. 2 single almonds lol. Right before workout.

For recovery will be another protein shake with 2 scoops (see above pic of asshole one) 1 banana / honey peanut butter on a wrap with some almonds and a slice of cheese.

Right now, no rack as seen in above pics. So I have to clean and press to OHP from knee level (edge of bench) to back of neck for squats. So my squat weight is higher than my OHP weight. Fuçkîng bullshit. I need that rack, or I may just pause at a squat weight till it comes in.
