absolutely not
would be pretty audacious to expect money for basic, friendly input/advice on a gaming forum
i wouldn't want advice from somebody like that anyways

hoping there's at least one good samaritan trolling this forum who wouldn't mind typing out a few lines out of the goodness of his/her heart.

jesus

you're in a forum full of ignorant egolifters dude. there are only a few who actually like to help people.

i've helped a few friends who were interested in trying to get healthy and in shape start solid eating/exercising plans, and most of them it worked out for, of course now they've either moved onto better routines or have developed their own, but if you'd like some advice feel free to PM me.

first few months i would suggest either full body 3 times a week or upper/lower split, you dont need much volume when your a noobie :)

hmmm, i see, thanks for the input

too complicated
just do bench, squat and deadlift every time u decide to go
all other lifts are forbidden until 6 months. then u can unlock the bicep curl achievement

thanks, appreciate the input

the intent is there

i semi-expected there to be more helpful individuals on this forum.
i figured, what better place to seek advice than a subforum full of gymrats?
i was clearly sorely mistaken.
having said that, there were a few individuals who didn't talk shit & patronize me for my seemingly lack of effort, and for that i'm grateful. i think i got/will get enough info to be able to get started.
