pretty sure .4/lb is close to ideal, but it'll be different for tons of people..

i've recently found feels much healthier/stronger if i have medium fat / higher pro / lowish (75-125g) cho with a 'refeed' on the weekend.. i dunno why, but i always feel sluggish when i start getting up above 3-400g carbs.

i'm cutting and my typical macros are something like 80 f / 75-100 cho / 225-250 pro - as of late though my pro has been closer to 275-300g.

but after not lifting for 2 months and coming out the hospital, i feel this diet has helped me rebound pretty quickly.
