You won't feel it as you're doing them.
You'll feel the sharp pain the day after.

Follow the instructions. They will fix your form. Even if you don't think they will, they will.

Can I add the squats to my routine everyday? Just add 10lbs every week or w/e? And squat 6x a week. Also it's only ever the first rep that is difficult, after that first knee bend back grinser evwrythong falls into place and squatting makes sense again

Listen to the instructions. Weight lifting is not a fast and easy thing, it's discipline built over a duration. If you rush, you WILL injure yourself again. Take the 2-3 weeks to ensure that your form is solid, then start actually lifting again. If you take the time to ensure propper form, you'll never have this problem again for the rest of your life. If you want results in a week, you'll probably hurt yourself + you're better off starting steroids now because you clearly don't have the determination to make real gains.

Ok then suggest me another place to go zzz everything is soooo negative with u guys, I trust that someone who can squat 770 knows how to squat well enough to be able to reteach me.how to squat.

im just being realistic, its probably better than going to a regular gym but even some people can lift a ton of weight and still not understand how the body works/why they do what they do

So you're lifting with your back??
Squats are 90% leg drive.

I can tell, he throws every possibilty out of the window.
If he knows what the problem is then he shouldn't make a thread.

Obvious answer to his question is that he's lifting with his back.

Yes. Add it to your weekly routine.
