hes being sarcastic

fyi

u said u want something that does this? i asked if u were fat cause id assume ud want the weightloss, like all too many people often look for shortcuts with weightloss

but what exactly do u want from this?

just exercise, eat healthy, done. there is no magic pill or supplement that does all of this. some things may help, but wont fix something dramatically unless its illegal supplements, but those also have side effects

No I dont really care about wieghtloss, I am gaining weight in the last 4 years which isnt something I used to do, but I know I can work it off no problem.

I am more considering looking into like the health aspect Thrive was saying it offered like > Cognitive Performance > Digestive & Immune Support > Weight Management (This more or less is my metabolism increase then to keep my weight in check)

And of course I will be throwing in working out/healthier eating (Already do this), but I dont see how taking something to help with the above can be a bad thing all in all.

I dont need dramatic, just something to help me day to day.
