certain drugs can inhibit the enzymes which metabolize the stuff in haze... so you get higher levels of the drug -- that is a PK interaction

haze can also make people dizzy, alter state of mind, feel sleepy, and thus that is the PD drug...


not many interactions involve two drugs forming some sort of super-toxic chemical in the body when given together.... usually it is just that they are metabolized by the same enzyme and one irreversibly binds the enzyme or destroys it after metabolism etc., so levels of the drug with the LOWER affinity (who have to wait for the other drug to clear to use the enzyme) will be higher

what is this said item that increases the affects of haze

heard some bullshit rumor that mango fruit and vitamin c help or something, highly doubt that though lol

Alcohol mixed with pills is usually bad and enhances the effects tenfold.
I'm not really sure what kind of pills we're talking about though, outside of inflammatory.

As for specific drug-drug interactions (aka marijuana directly altering the therapeutic effect of other drugs), there are quite serious ones such as cns depressants/antidepressants/blood thinners
