i just had this issue last winter myself. It will either be a swollen lymph node or an infected sebacious gland. Either way the cure is to wait it out and try to melt it/dissolve it with heat + antibiotic, or to get it cut open/drained by a doctor. I'd opt for the 2nd option if it's already that bad, chances are the first won't work.
