Limit fruit consumption to 1-2 servings per day to avoid high triglycerides. There are other reasons to limit fruit consumption, but it won’t kill you.

my coworker has anemia, so she felt severe fatigue all the time. another friend suffers from blood loss and has fatigue. you might wanna check with the doctor.

unless you have an absolute garbage diet, supplementing more and trying to perfect micro intake wont really do much. meeting average required intakes shouldnt hinder you in terms of chronic fatigue. if anything i would be more inclined to say you're overworking yourself in the gym than not eating properly.

imo i think its in your head.

i used to think i had chronic fatigue got tons of bloodwork done as history of hypothyroidism in my family but i just said you know what fuck it and got over it by being active and working through it.

diet plays a part, but so does your sleep.

try sleeping with all electronics out of your room/turned off, 100% dark.

stop trying to justify this as a reason for you to get medical help or supplements. if there is something truly wrong i'll apologize, but most of the time its over exaggerated.

I could never do this.

Anytime I make a super "set" regimen, I almost always fail. Or I get anxious if I don't eat all my meals, miss a workout, etc.. It ends up being much easier when I just figure it out as I go with a rough outline.. Knowing roughly what I wanna eat daily, what workouts ima do, but still allowing for a change if something comes up, friends wanna go out and eat, etc.

The 80/20 rule is your friend :D

Solid sleep > diet > exercise > supplements
