Yea Im gunna try out PPl, but deadlift on pull day, I like the routine and hitting body parts 2x a week . Hope legs recover quick lol

holyshit this is garbage, way too much useless isolation, brosplits are made for ppl on steroids. Full body routines every other day is the best

6 Day "brosplit" actually isn't that hard to do, week-to-week splits are ok, but you can also set up a monthly split, where by each week differs slightly.
Working each muscle group at least 6 times in the month (4 week).

brosplits are easier than full body splits, what i meant was that full body splits are superior to brosplits, for natural trainee's.
