first you need to get in the habit of exercising, every day.

infomercial diets are for lazy housewives. exercise first.

walking your dog is a great place to start imo. setting up a 6 day / week 3 hour gym plan is setting yourself up for failure.

So for the past 1.5 years I've just havent felt like doing anything, no job, no school, no sleep.
Only playing pc-games, smoking weed and munch.

It's time for a change.
1 month ago I quit smoking weed.

Today I started counting calories.
Only problem is that I don't know what calorie intake I should aim for, I wanna lose weight fast.

Weight: 250 lbs
height: 6'5

My friend told me ~1700 cal/day, should I try to do it?

id go for it

I was around your size when I was cutting (still am) - Started at 265 @ 6'4.75". I was eating 1900-2400 a day depending on what I was doing (I was losing about 2.5-3lbs a week). I had more muscle mass than you do most likely though since I was lifting 5 days a week or so. That also included a re-feed or cheat day every week or two.

Been on the new diet for 7 days now, lost 5 lbs.

Been eating mostly sallads, chicken, tuna and minimal carbs.

I walk my dog 30 min 2-3 times per day.
Also plan on starting to lift ~3 times / week when the gym is finished.
