good call on turning down steroids this time around. you will be much, much better off in both the short and long term.
toking up then workout... yes that can lead to some pretty intense workout sessions. i used to do it a few years ago. these days i find drinking some mio in water, or coffee, all at once quickly gives me an excellent rush and desire to keep going. it's simple, but in preworkout threads most users here say coffee/caffeine, with good reason. much cheaper than herb too

your supps look fine, really. i'd say excellent choice on the glucosamine. personally i've found that once you let it build up in your system, it makes lifting a lot easier on the joints. great supplement.

i was thinking the same thing. seconding trying to perfect your form.
maybe try drop sets. they are much easier on the joints but still really kill the muscle.
you're on the right track and it's clear to see how badly you're determined to reach your goals. keep at it, it will pay off!
