good call on turning down steroids this time around. you will be much, much better off in both the short and long term.

toking up then workout... yes that can lead to some pretty intense workout sessions. i used to do it a few years ago. these days i find drinking some mio in water, or coffee, all at once quickly gives me an excellent rush and desire to keep going. it's simple, but in preworkout threads most users here say coffee/caffeine, with good reason. much cheaper than herb too

your supps look fine, really. i'd say excellent choice on the glucosamine. personally i've found that once you let it build up in your system, it makes lifting a lot easier on the joints. great supplement.

this could be one reason for your pain - be careful to use proper form and reasonable weight...

i was thinking the same thing. seconding trying to perfect your form.

maybe try drop sets. they are much easier on the joints but still really kill the muscle.

you're on the right track and it's clear to see how badly you're determined to reach your goals. keep at it, it will pay off!

Thanks. Helps hearing this.

Edit: as far as my form is concerned. It is very good. Like i wrote, i was am avid lifter, i worked at a gym for 3 years after i served and lifted with many different personal trainers during our breaks. I was mainly seeking motivation from people here and advice on supplements.

does anyone know an Android application where I can voice memo in or type in what I eat for the day and the caloric intake I consumed?

edit: found my fitness pal on google play.
Has anyone used this?

yeah it is a good one - ive seen tons of fat people using it... theyre still fat though because while counting calories and getting into the whole diet and exercise bit.... they forgot to take the time to actually figure out what the hell to do.

hey buddy iv had my own weight loss experience maybe this can help

first,i wouldnt use any supplements, all the pro bodybuilds say that food > supplements

how i personaly loss weight :

do 45min of cardio at least 5 times a week
do alot of weightlifting, muscle increase the number of calorie u need per day, so if u have more muscle you can eat the same amount of food and ull lose more fat
eat rly clean, heres what my meal looked like

healthy cereals
omelete
apple before the gym
chicken/brocolie/rice

then maybe a greek yogourt 1h before bed
only drink water, never drink alcohol or juice

follow this for a couple months and u will see results

now i cant even fit in my old jeans

thanks a lot shape.
it's really hard to eat clean in a home where my wife is in perfect shape and she eats treats periodically.
when i see her with a bag of cookies (maybe once a week from work) i literally fiend for it.

like.. I eat clean 5 days a week and then i find myself splurging like fucking crazy 2 days. fucking pizza and everything... i got addiction problems or something i cant fucking help it.
