I can't use those, they actually make my sinuses worse somehow and cause my nose to bleed. But my Mom swears they do wonders for hers.

I just have to deal with my sinuses though. I've tried at least 10 different nasal sprays, all kinds of pills (sudafed, claritin, etc), and even allergy shots. Nothing works for me.

That sounds like a nettipot sinus rinse.... usually not ap rescription unless you add stuff to it (usually just salts in warm water to flush out nose and sinuses but some doctors prescribe a mild steroid cream which can be diluted in the water when warmed)
