I'm sorry but I had to stop at 6'4" 160 and claiming a 325 lb squat. I'd like to see the depth on that squat lol

But in all seriousness, eat more food. You've hit a wall because you're not eating enough. Why you're asking us for answers when you know your own answer is crazy

If you want to know how you can boost your caloric intake then that's a different question. One that was also answered.

Years ago I used to make myself a 1000 calorie shake in the morning to help with this very issue.

banana, yogurt, protein powder, milk, oats, egg and some other shit I can't even remember. Probably ice cream too lol

man, bench is the easiest thing to improve and have a high # on and still be light overall.

I think you and I are around the same size? my 1RM on bench should be around 225 and that's not even impressive at all for someone my size. I don't see how 195 for him is impossible.

Squat is a bit different. While not impossible, I think it's pretty unlikely, which is why I mentioned the depth.

If OP can squat that much with decent depth at his weight and height, I'm going to be impressed.

You guys make it seem like when someone starts lifting that there strength is at 0lbs?
Ive always been active, healthy. Track, Baseball, Basketball in school. Skateboarding, Snowboarding, Wakeboarding in my free time.
195 is a joke. My 2 friends I lift with make that look silly. One being 5'7 165 puts up 285 for 1RM.
Im confident Id be pretty damn close to that if I wasn't so tall.

no you are quite a lot bigger than me I think. ill put up a pic in the next few days but im around 167-168 at the moment (height 6"1).

and yeah i know you can be light and have a high bench, but combine that with his squat and its pretty obvious he is estatting for both

I wish I could go to the gym with you for a week. You'd literally have nothing to say. Are you made because my %s are greater than yours?
The fact that I'm probably pound for pound stronger than you doesn't make you happy?

As well as having 3 inches on you
