better to lower weight and rest time, or keep rest time 90-120 secs and go with a heavier weight?
e/ this is probably one of those things that makes little difference, right?
To be honest I never really count how long my breaks are. Only when I'm doing heavy compound exercises ( < 3 reps) then I make sure I rest 5 minutes.
Apart from then, I just stare/do other things until I feel I have the energy to do a heavy set again.
Whenever I train with a partner they always tell me to hurry up and stop resting so long :L
