abs i do 3 times a week
and i do cardio
My suggestion is you put more muscle groups together so you can train each muscle more often per week. You really don't need to do abs more than once or twice per week btw.
My split looks like this:
chest/tri
back/bi
legs/shoulders
and then I repeat
7 workouts / week. and then I train each muscle twice per week and every third week they get a third workout that week.
