All the fit mates i meet, i dont ask them what supplements they take or what their lifting regime are... i ask how many times a day you eat because its the hardest thing to do... diet
Usually just like 2 meals a day with some snacks in between. Probably hit around 3k+ cals a day haven't really been tracking macros but still making nice gains
I'll probably switch to IF when I start cutting
