the only tip that matters
: keep working out and stop being a phaggot who quits working out. With a consistent workout theres no reason you should be sore after a few months.

Cant avoid it - unlees you mosey around the gym. You can reduce by gradually by increasing the intensity of your workouts. This will increase you Lactic acid threshold. Other ways to reduce lactic acid are light exercises the following day, hot/cold showers, and glutamine (not proven), and stretching. Lactic acid is a good thing ( as well as micro tears) - give it a couple weeks.
