this has nothing to do with skipping leg day and everything to do with why you never lock out your knees when doing leg workouts, especially when double jointed.
same principle applies to your elbows. Every time I watch people doing the snatch I always look at their elbows and cringe because you can see how much strain is on them, and ever once in a while you see them fold in half
Hearing those knee ligaments pop when it happens sure made me cringe. Poor girl
