Wanna know how I know you have absolutely no idea how to throw a punch?
Edit: lold hard at you idiots telling him to go buy a bag for a cardio workout that doesn't involve legs. Boxing not even once, apparently.
did amateur boxing for 3 years before i had to stop due to an injury, but yes normally heavy bag workouts include lots of legwork, and throwing punches where the power comes from the legs, but there's no reason somebody couldn't stay in 1 spot and still get a great workout without putting much power into their punches... shoulders would get tired though.
assuming OP can still stand up and walk himself to the shitter when nature calls, it'd be no problem. even after OPs knee heals, heavy bag workouts are fucking excellent.
poor choice of topics to get pretentious on m8.

Well there are cardio options you can do with just upper body, I was hoping JSP would have some better opinions on the topic than just "do more stuff that involves lower body or swim." :/ Basically for cardio you need big range of motion if you aren't using your legs...so I can come up with my own exercises, but I was hoping for some tips or fun exercises I hadn't done before since the last time I posted here I got some really helpful responses.
Guess I had my hopes too high xD
toss a medicine ball 5-10lbs back and forth in your hands, alternating tossing it up and catching it, will work chest/arms/back but still isn't shit compared to swimming or heavy bag as far as cardio goes
