Idk what happened. I also over dirty bulked and went to 220. I'm only 6'1. I never got rolls or anything my gut just got big as fuck lol. I was making good strength gains tho. I cut to 180. And am now back to 205 lol.

But tbh dude why the fuck are u cutting... FUCK your stomach u need to pack on some muscle. Do a clean bulk if u wish, and stick to it for atleast 6 months of consistent heavy lifting and clean bulking. Don't even worry about body fat until u have a decent muscle base. That's just my opinion. Idc about being lean at all until I'm satisfied with my strength/mass. Cutting is super easy and once I have the gains I want, then and only then will I cut.

I'm definitely going to do a clean bulk. I just won't be able to commit to it fully until the summer...travelling the world currently lol. Come home for periods of a few weeks only and then off again. So when I am home for those few weeks, I'll lift and eat more.

You can tell you have some loose skin, but like Lightman said... your abs would show by now if you had more ffm under them. You need to bulk up. Hit some solid ab exercises, progressive overload, and you will grow abs which will show at this level of bf and it will help with the minor excess skin.

looks like stretched skin alright...

skin will shrink back, over time, to a small degree (you look young enough for this to still be true). i don't think you have anything to worry about, since you were never too overweight to begin with. this, combined with your goals of gaining muscle mass, should put you in a pretty good spot eventually

a strong lower back/oblique routine will definitely speed up this process. deadlifts, weighted planks, side crunches, bicycle crunches, etc.
