But tbh dude why the fuck are u cutting... FUCK your stomach u need to pack on some muscle. Do a clean bulk if u wish, and stick to it for atleast 6 months of consistent heavy lifting and clean bulking. Don't even worry about body fat until u have a decent muscle base. That's just my opinion. Idc about being lean at all until I'm satisfied with my strength/mass. Cutting is super easy and once I have the gains I want, then and only then will I cut.
I'm definitely going to do a clean bulk. I just won't be able to commit to it fully until the summer...travelling the world currently lol. Come home for periods of a few weeks only and then off again. So when I am home for those few weeks, I'll lift and eat more.
