take out heavy meats like beef/pork/lamb etc and dairy products and you will see greater benefit when consuming vegetables + fruit + seafood.

HOWEVER remember that is better to eat even unhealthy food believing with great faith (not pretend all the while knowing that you are just putting up a front to trick yourself) but to really full heartedly believe that they are good and healthy for you.
Then to eat healthy food and constantly worry about your diet.

its simple but not easy






on another note

we tend to feel sleepy and tired around 2pm - 4pm in the afternoon and full of energy 3am in the morning
not always and will vary from individual to individual but when you all of a sudden feel you can not sleep in the middle of the night its because your body is saying
I am not tired lets go.

I spend a lot of time outdoors and tend to wake up really early quite naturally and when I go to the city it changes just an observation.

Something I noticed while lifting and in general

your breathing determines your form. If you put your body in a position where you restrict the natural breath you will handicap your muscle activation potential.


When you squat/bench or pushup/etc notice how it affects your form. Play around with holding your breath for a count of 1-10 reps. Hold your breath for 1 rep then sit down and return your normal breathing pattern.
Next perform 2 reps holding your breath then sit out till natural breath returns. Repeat to 10 reps and scale down to 1 again.

You might notice how much easier it is to activate your muscle with breathing.
