I think they all look absolutely terrible. I can't be the only one.

$40 Nike casual flat shoes that are 5 years old crew checking in.

Romaleos here. I enjoy them. My squat just feels more stable as compared to hitting heavy squats in nike airs

Not even close being as stable.
They are good for benching aswell since you can have a more active legdrive when the heel is elevated (compared to a flat sole).

Most OL shoes lasts around 5 years for a ''national-level'' weightlifting (basically using them every day for heavy squats/snatches/C&J's/pulls).

fu :(
They are super expensive thanks the crazy importtaxes :(((

huehue, got them on sales

These are among the cheapest OL shoes.
I belive none of them is above $80 (can be wrong).

Adidas Powerlift
VS Athletics
Do-Win

Perks/Cons
Powerlift: Low heel, not that durable but solid.
VS: Durable, Heel high af
Do-Win: Heel high af, very durable & solid.

any with just a decent size heel? Rito's sound pretty good, seen a lot of good reviews about those

I have chucks, I can't squat how I want to with them, I do high bar sumo stance for my squats, I just can't bring my legs closer together, nor can I go past parallel without a buttwink

I think gForce has a ''regular'' heel. Rather cheap aswell I think.

Do-Win & VS Athletics got close to 30mm
Power Perfect 2 got like 18mm
adiPower got like 21mm
Powerlift got like 13mm
Romaleos got something around 20mm iirc.

So the standard is around 20mm

I think I'll just try and find something with a standard size heel for cheap, tyvm!
