I used psyllium husk. Mix with water, and drink it. It's not the nicest, but it works like a charm. Very cheap for how much you get out of it too.
Yeah, i'd add it to my shakes, usually have like 2 cups spinach, 2 serv whey, 1-2 tbsp psyllium husk
