your feelings have nothing to do with the workout.
ps imagine a reverse row and press like dat

Been working on the mindset of pressing as a reverse row.

What are your opinions on reverse grip benching?

try widening your grip a little with a barbell but use light weight and figure out your form. Should help keep your shoulders back

from your picture, first that shoulder is just gnarly, can you squeeze into a tiny box by chance?

anyway, your shoulders may be stronger than your chest and try to take on the work load. start light weight and get the form down like I said, you'll definitely know when you're doing it right. quality over quantity (in this case weight)

Haha no, it doesn't let me bend like that. I can just pop it out and like scratch the opposite side of my body. I'm not elastic :p

for a long time i NEVER felt my chest on anything really. never got a pump. but would have a sore chest from the armpit all the way to inner chest for like 2-3 days.

point is just because u dont feel it doesent mean its not being fully engaged.

Try dropping the weight and laying flat on the GROUND. You obviously won't be able to go below parallel with the elbows but you will feel an intense push in the chest

That's normally how my days go, feel it on the side of my chest into armpit. Just at the time it deters me.

I've never tried ground presses, maybe I'll try it with the smith machine or something.
