from your picture, first that shoulder is just gnarly, can you squeeze into a tiny box by chance?
anyway, your shoulders may be stronger than your chest and try to take on the work load. start light weight and get the form down like I said, you'll definitely know when you're doing it right. quality over quantity (in this case weight)
Haha no, it doesn't let me bend like that. I can just pop it out and like scratch the opposite side of my body. I'm not elastic
