for this routine, what can i sub for the bolded exercises? decided to ditch my apartment gym, and just get a bench in my room that doubles as a squat rack.
Machine press - 3x5 - 1min rest
Seated cable rows - 3x5 - 1min rest ( found a barbell exercise for this )
Cable fly's - 3x10 - 30sec rest
Lat pulldowns - 3x10 - 30sec rest
Overhead press - 3x8 - 1min rest
Bicep curls - 2x15 - 1min rest
Cable pushdowns - 2x15 - 1min rest
HIIT
i can buy dumbbells, but they are expensive and i don't wanna have to keep buying heavier ones. and idk what weight to even get lol. but, it seems i need them? i can do dumbbell chest fly's, what about for my triceps and lats?
so once again, all i'll have is a barbell, bench, squat/lunge rack ( the bench, but it says it doubles as that ), and possibly dumbbells.
