Mo - arms & side delts
Tu - legs & abs
We - off
Thu - Chest, front delts & triceps
Fr - Back, rear delts & biceps

I have school all day mon-thurs pretty much. So I do

Friday - legs
Saturday - back
Sunday - chest

And if in have time to go to school's gym on the other days I try to add arms/shoulders.

With this routine I at least get the big 3 done.

if you're only going 3 times a week, do all 3 compounds every time.
