put food in tubaware and microwave it, like chicken and other shit, pre cooked, just to reheat it and eat it as a sort of snack if u have to

alright thanks all i'll try and add up my calories as healthily as i can, with snacks in my day. i cant microwave stuff, just on my lunch lol. oh and im guessing i should avoid putting too many calories in one meal, right?

calories in one meal or 2 or 3 or 4

dont really matter too much

measure the calories u ate from time u woke up to the time u go to sleep

those the calories u set your goals for
