you're obsessing over a gluten intolerance that you dont have and its making you anxious. if you're really upset over it go get tested for intolerance and if you dont have one, stop stressing. you arent even describing symptoms associated with GI upset, just panic attacks

I think it's wheat allergy/intolerance not gluten.

pretty much, but might require medication if it gets out of control, if thats the case at all

using methods like rationalizing and dedramatizing situations could surely help, unless its a legit wheat intolerance or something lol

e/ if it only happens after you eat certain things, its probably some sort of intolerance/allergy, would get it tested to make sure
