I would take the full length physics if I was you, without a doubt.
In my opinion, physics is the hardest class/requires the most work (at least my prof assigns a ton) out of any class I've taken by far. No upper level bio or chemistry even comes close.. but everyone is different there, bio is literally intuitive to me at this point.
Ochem is very easy.. I know it's easily the MOST complained about class by far for pre-meds but ehh.. I think they try to memorize everything. I'm one that's all for memorization, that's how I succeed.. but not in ochem. You just have to learn the nature of reactions w/ electron flow and it starts making more sense.
With that said then, it depends what you want to go into later. I'd take the genetics and micro with the physics if I was you, just out of interest, but you may be more interested in other aspects so head that path.

he probably fell behind in his major and needs to go hard this year or the next
every class schedule is doable... ive taken physics/orgo/genetics/biostat/writing intesive history/online sociology (labs included) adding up to 19credits... its doable, just keep up with your reading and listen very closely to your prof, ask questions in class/office hours/classmates. (i dont see how you can take micro without genetics lol.. you HAVE to take genetics ASAP. double down with micro/physics/orgo)
personally, physics and orgo are very easy classes as you only need for both is concepts and getting in as much problems as possible. both classes require very minimal reading compared to genetics/micro. genetics should be taken before micro because all you'll ever talk about is genetics in micro but go indepth for microorganisms/bacteria/viruses/archaea etc. so genetics while taking micro or genetics before micro is a must. i've never heard taking genetics after micro because its not allowed but maybe your school is worked out differently but genetics tbh isn't too bad, just alot of memorizing but micro is a ton of reading... so if you already have genetics down the micro reading can be manageable with ~3hours of studying per day, you'll easily get the main concepts and details for the final exam.
Whoa dere. Another one of those people that assume you must learn this shit in class lol
I've taken pretty much every bio offered now (at least major, biomedical ones), including immunology/patho micro/regular micro/molecular bio/A&P/etc etc.. and I've yet to take genetics. I was going to take it this semester, but I feel overly lazy as it's my last semester before the degree. But with that said, I'm not hindered because I've learned more than adequate level genetics on my own time, studying various biomedical books and papers in my leisure.
Being an autodidact is literally the only way to be if you want true knowledge and understanding in these fields. If not, you're left with mediocrity and average, similar to every other student in your class. But yo, 3hrs per day of studying for one class? I've never done that for all classes combined, typically not even per week. I srsly think my drive is that where I would drop out of I had to study much daily lol
