k. I'll have a gym partner tomorrow, so I should be able to get a vid.

Last cycle I only got 195x10 though and that was grinding out the last two reps pretty hard-core..I will have a belt on too.

what is your height/weight again? indeed your bench is stronk compared to other lifts, those goals seem motivating as well... can't wait to get 275x1 on bench too hyehuehue

I think deadlifts are extremely overrated in this aspect . Made much better progress after I stopped deadlifting in regards to my back

Sure depends alot from person to person.
I pull an ridiculous amount with my lats aswell.
