Lol, the jealousy is unreal from this high school girl. . 405 x 5 the other day.

Stay small.

Keep lying. You aren't deadlifting 405 for reps after 1 year of zero training in a year . Guys like omarisuf are just recently hitting 525 for one rep and he's been lifting for YEARS

You're so wrong. You base what others can lift off of youtube lol. Everyone has strong lifts. I had zero training, unless you count masturbation and dota. I am 100% genuine even though I don't like you as I think you are a dink. I truly hit 405 x 5. No lie no bullshit , true to my word , could care less if you believe. I will see what my max is at on Thursday as its my next dead lift day.

I train pure 5x5 and sometimes 8x3.

Honestly I am very serious.

Squats are pretty good but didnt give them much attention. Bench sits at 225 for three and OHP, no clue i just do 125 - 130 for 5x5.

Again im being 100% honest.

You want to know my routine , ask it! My height my weight , just ask. In all seriousness i have nothing to hide.

I'm not doubting your lifts at all. I'm just doubting your time frame . If somehow went from absolute zero knowledge , never lifted to deadlifting 405 for reps that's insane .
Props f you actually did

I deadlift twice a week - Monday and Thursday

First week of January last year I came in at 163 pounds or so. January this year I sit at 186 pounds 6'1 . I have a sumo stance as i find it far easier for my height. I started last year by puking almost every workout as I had no idea how to breath worth shit and I would go lightheaded.

Out of all my lifts my deadlift went up the most and the fastest. I didn't start by training it twice a week, I did some typical bro split, but as i progressed I found myself enjoying strength over hypertrophy moments and right after summer i designed my own routine which has me doing it twice a week.

Nice, I actually cut deadlifts from my routine as I felt it was hindering my progress, and my back has made insane progress. Although I was going to start deadlifting again on Sunday but I've injured my rotator cuff so I want to take it easy for this week.
