Yea that's what I kinda thought.
Leg raises, planks, crunches, sit-ups,
I'll have to look up what L-sits are. I'm sure I know, I just forget.
But about the dragon flags... I can't do it while at home. I don't have anything to use to hold me. I don't have a bench. I would need to wait to do those at the gym.
But as I said, its hard going from lifting boxes all day to wanting/having the energy to be able to go to the gym after a long days work.
I feel like after I finish work. I don't feel the need/want to go to the gym. In my mind I feel I don't need to go to the gym because I've already done the workout at work...
I find it hard to convince myself to do the workout.
I don't have proper motivation.
What would you say best motivates you?

For the dragon flags you can use any vertical pole or even just have someone stand behind you and hold their leg/ankle

And I guess seeing results motivates me. Motivation is a big obstacle for almost everybody. But once you get in the rhythm of working out it'll start to feel strange when you go a few days without exercising.

It's not just visual. For example: it's awesome to be able to barely bench 135 pounds one month, then a few months later you can do 135 pounds with ease. For you it could be making your job much easier.

And setting goals. Your goal is to get a 6 pack. Once you reach that you'll feel proud then be able to set an even harder goal to complete.

6pack is about my top goal for now and has been for a while.
Yet I still can't make it... :(
I've tried a lot of different things.. Its just taking forever

check out Jordan Hill's Stomach Destroyer routine on youtube. its a great 8 minute workout for your core to do at home

at the gym : do weighted ab exercices to work your abs

lose bodyfat to actually see the abs (imo at 135lbs you should be low enough)
